•The recently created task force collectively represents approximately 1,916 acres and 1,597 mineral owners.
•Perimeter boundaries include those east of East Loop 820, north of I-30, west of Eastchase Parkway and south of the Trinity River.
•“Don’t Sign Yet” yard signs have been distributed throughout the neighborhoods.
•The group has been moving slowly, but surely, since February of this year and is currently interviewing legal council to represent it in negotiations.

I own propery in the 1600 block of Tucker in Arlington. It is located a few blocks north of 303 and bounded by Daniel on the west and Browning on the east. The SEAPO group does not include this address. I received an offer by mail from Eagle Land Services for Carrizo Oil & Gas with 2 options: Bonus $25,000 Royality 20% Lease term 3 years -or Bonus $18,000 Royality 25.5% term 3 years.
They claim to be the 'only company that presently has drillsites capable of producing my acreage' and that is why the lease is only for 3 years with no 2 yr option.
I am interested in finding a neighborhood group in this area.
Thanks, JAN Eaves
