CBS 11 (video) is reporting that the Westchester Valley neighborhood in Grand Prairie is resisting efforts to lease up the neighborhood by Cherokee Horn. Cherokee Horn tells CBS 11 that it has leased up 33 percent of Westchester Valley and surrounding neighborhoods. The drill site would be at Camp Wisdom and Robinson.
