Bill: Are you sure you meant to write $400/lot or $4000/lot? I am also wondering why the Star Telegram has not updated Grand Prairie information since Dec 04, 2007.


We are in the Trailwood subdivision of Grand Prairie south of Polo Rd. We recently received an offer from Cherokee Horn for our neighborhood for $400 per lot and 20 percent royalties. Some people in our area have already signed their agreements but many have not and would like to organize. There is strength in numbers but people are unsure where to start. Any advise?

I received an offer today from Davis Land Services on behalf of Chesapeake for $4,000/acre +20% royalty, no surface rights. I live in Fairway Bend in NW Grand Prairie.

we thought we had signed with davis land services,on 11/01/2007,
we were recently informed,that we are not signed with them because my husband left off his middle intial,so i went to the meeting on 02/05/2008,and signed us up for the community,


David Arrington was looking at that area at one time. Pipeline access might be an issue.


I'm a resident of the Dalworth Community, but I live in Tarrant County. Why haven't the resident of this PORTION of the Community received a letter from someone about drilling for GAS.
