I recently inquired about the same information from a site called Mineral Ranger

Apparently you can get a free quote on a mineral title search and then go through the process electronically. I plan on giving it a try in the coming months.

my father pasted away last year. we have lived on the same property for over 30 years. i need to find out if he had any mineral rights on the property. and how much there worth. thank you!
