SWAPO2 (Southwest Arlington Property Owners 2) says today that Carrizo Oil & Gas' winning lease offer included a signing bonus of $17,000 per acre, and a 25 percent royalty.

We signed a Burnett Shale gas lease agreement 2 months ago, where there was a banquet room set up at the "Ruth Jackson Center" in Grand Prairie Texas, we live in Southeast Arlington in the Fairfield area off Green Oaks and Matlock, just now our neighborhood committie is just now starting to meet up, i guess we or wondering what did we sign? Did Burnett think we were from the Grand Prairie area?,have you all started soliciting in our area?
