A property owner in the Highland Lake Addition in Lake Worth, northwest of Loop 820 and west of Boat Club Road, reports a lease offer of $5,000 per acre, $500 minimum per lot, 23 percent royalty, three-year primary term, and a two-year extension. It's being offered by Crew Land Research of Houston, on behalf of Chesapeake Energy. The property owner reports Crew is holding lease signings April 2 and 9.
