Here's more on Mansfield South United...
Permian Land Services' letter says XTO Energy and Mansfield South have agreed to terms on a gas lease, and invites property owners in the group to contact Permian for a lease packet. The letter doesn't say what the terms are and doesn't clarify where the drill site would be. More information as we get it. If any of our loyal readers find out what the terms are, we'd love to hear about it here at the Barnett Shale blog. And if Grande Energy responds, we'd love to hear about that, too!

XTO approached me and ask for a lease. I am about to sign the lease with them.
I am wondering about what is the average Royalty payment per acre per month?

I have 10 acres in Johnson County, the address is 11701 CR528, Mansfield. I believe I am in the Brentlinger tract.
I signed a gas lease about 3 years ago and I believe XTO bought the lease.
My Mailing address is P.O. Box 2185 , Mansfield, Tx 76063.
