I'm the owner / Admin of the Haltom City Joint Neighorhood Committee web site.
We never had a deal with Dale.
"Little Fossil Floodway Neighborhood Property Associates" Had the agreement with Dale.
I signed an agreement with XTO for $25,000 / 25%
