Park Vista,Park side, and part of Summer Field have a group called PVMLC(Park Vista Mineral Lease Committee.)We are 200+ and growing daily. We are definately interested in us all joining together. We have an attorney that specializes in gas, oil, and mineral leases only.He would be willing to talk to the other Attorneys and come up with a deal.If you are the leader of your group,I would love to hear from you.My Attorney has already closed on neighborhoods at $25,000 plus.I'm heading up PVMLC,and would really like your leaders to contact me.Thank you for your time.

I look forward to talking with you.

Spartan Geophysical L.L.C. is a leasing agency. They want to purchase your rights to lease for a minimal amount of money. It was $500 for one woman.then they sale your lease to a gas company and make a profitI would like to cut out these middlemen and with the help of a very expierienced Gas,Oil,and mineral attorney, which I already have, and come together as a huge group. The more land on the table, the larger the check.

Have you got your neighborhoods straight? I am a resident of Parkwood Hill Estastes living south of Redwood. We do have an organized HOA. I believe Parkwood Estates is a separate neighborhood north of Redwood Trail.

DRILL BIT

GEOPHYSICAL, YOU SHOULD GET A LANDMAN AND NOT A PERMIT AGENT, TO DO LANDMAN WORK
