Well, that's stupid. People had their chance to lease when the market was high. If you didn't sign a lease, you don't get a bonus. People were so greedy and held out for more money, and now greedy attorneys try to get money, its just sad. What's so irritating is that it makes it more expensive for the Gas companies, where it already costs too much money for them to drill in the city limits. This means the more money you try and take away from the Gas companies, the less they can afford jobs, and it kills the motivation for them to want to go through the expensive HASSLE. People are so shallow to think that they are entitled. The more they try to take, the better the chance these companies will lay off, or leave. Hitting a company while we are in a down economy... OK that makes alot of sense.
