Green Mountain Energy Co., an Austin-based retail electric provider that serves North Texas, is launching a new program that it says will make it "easy and affordable" for homeowners to install solar panels on their residences.
The program is called the Renewable Rewards Solar Lease. Green Mountain says it is "a flexible and straightforward lease that includes all installation and maintenance costs, and can be structured to meet the financial requirements of individual homeowners."
