Minor lapses found at Comanche Peak plant

Federal inspectors found six minor violations at the Comanche Peak nuclear power plant, while its operator, Luminant, self-disclosed two additional lapses at the facility, which is about 40 miles southwest of Fort Worth and near Glen Rose.
