Obama threatens veto of GOP bill backing Keystone XL pipeline and Arctic refuge drilling

President Barack Obama today threatened to veto a Republican-backed highway funding bill that includes provisions for approval of the controversial Keystone XL oil pipeline and opening up part of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska to drilling.
