A group holding an anti-fracking summit in Dallas this weekend also plans a rally in Austin on Monday. Organizers say they hope residents "from Texas and across the country" will meet at the state capitol "to end dangerous oil & gas extraction, to require water protections & accountability of industry and respect for local control."
