• Enchanted Oaks Addition in North Arlington - Dale Property Services, $2000 per acre/$400 minimum signing bonus, 22 percent royalty on a five-year contract.

Hurst

• West Pleasantview and surrounding areas in Hurst - Dale Property Services on behalf of Chesapeake Energy, $2,000 per acre, $400 lot minimum, 25 % royalty on a five-year contract.
