For teens in Grapevine, it's not party time. Police in that Northeast Tarrant County city cracked down this past weekend on teen beer parties, shutting two of them down. The police made two arrests and issued 14 citations. The department recently underwent additional training from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

The parents should be cited for raising stupid teens.

Parents that I see are taking their kids in bars/restaurants and drinking around them until the restaurant part is closed and then they drive the children home with alcohol in their system. How can the children be blamed when this is what they grow up with? The police departments need to start pulling people over in much greater numbers than they are doing now and taking children away from parents who drink and drive with their children in the car.
