Police in Australia have arrested a 69-year-old man who they say attacked his wife, daughter and grandchildren with an ax in a vicious attack.
When the attack was over the wife and two grandchildren were dead and the daughter -- a police officer -- was seriously wounded. Police identified the man as John Walsh.
The daughter, Shelly Walsh, ran in to neighbor Terry Lovett's house bleeding and screaming for help.
“Apparently she came in screaming that her father’s gone off and axed the kids,” Lovett said his wife told him.

Apparently the kids were NOT killed with an axe, as first thought. They were drowned, Not sure how the wife was killed, John Walsh did attack his daughter with an axe after she found the children dead in the bathroom, from being drowned
