Dallas Mavericks star Josh Howard was arrested in his hometown of Winston-Salem, N.C., on Thursday on suspicion of street racing, according to police.
He was reportedly caught driving 95 mph in a black Lexus, the Winston-Salem Journal reported in its online edition.
He now faces charges of speeding, reckless driving and racing, the paper reported, and has been released after promising to return to court Sept. 23.

Was he arrested on suspiction or suspicion? I'm just wondering if anyone is editing these postings or not.
