A 33-year-old Katy woman has been arrested on charges that she arranged for a Missouri man to have sex with three young children.
The woman was arrested Wednesday after federal agents in Independence, Mo., said they discovered that she had arranged for Missouri resident Michael Stratton to visit Texas and engage in sex acts with the children, according to reports. The arrangements were made over the Internet, investigators said.
Police say they found child pornography on the woman's computers during a search of her home.
The woman faces one count of possession of child pornography and one count of performance of a child, officials said. Bail on each is $50,000.

There are definitely some sick people in the world, but I'm more concerned with the fact that CPS has not removed the children. They are waiting while they do an investigation? It sounds like they are just waiting for something else to happen to the children before they remove them from the home. Another perfect example of CPS failing to protect children, even when they have more than enough cause to be alarmed!

I agree with Jessica. The Family law code in Texas does need to be changed to better protect our children. CPS is a joke. By the time they get around to investagating and reporting and slapping these scum bags on the wrist for abusing children, sadly it's usually too late. The damage is already done.
