Renters beware, you may not know what's in the ceiling fan or behind the mirrors!
A landlord in suburban Philadelphia is accused of secretly videotaping female tenants for years by placing hidden cameras in his apartments. The man, Thomas Daley, 45, faces charges of wiretapping, invasion of privacy and criminal use of a communications device, among other charges.
"He had such an elaborate system set up that when someone in the apartment would activate a light switch or a ceiling fan, he was able, via the Internet, to retrieve the video images or audio," said Risa Ferman, Montgomery County District Attorney.
