They fed the dogs but not their 14-year-old daughter, authorities in Seattle say.
Police have charged a 43-year-old father and stepmother with criminal mistreatment of the teen who only weighed 48 pounds when she was removed from their home after having food and water denied for disciplinary reasons.
The girl told authorities she was mostly given toast to eat and a small half a cup of water a day.

They should give the same treatment to the Father & Stepmother and see how they like getting a piece of toast and half cup of water.
