Thug of the day: robber who slapped 90-year-old woman

When you think of a 90-year-old woman, living independently in her own home, driving herself to market and back, you might think: "Good for her."

But when you think of a robber invading her home, and slapping her so hard that she hits the floor, we think: "thug."

And we think that whether the thug is a man or a woman.

A female robber reportedly did just that late Sunday afternoon in east Fort Worth, according to police.

The act, in our opinion warrants the title "Thug of the Day."
