A man is under arrest in Corpus Christi, accused of firing paintballs at an SUV, causing it to crash and kill one of its occupants.
Police say that Joshua Black, 23, was in a Ford Bronco and was involved in a high speed chase with a GMC Yukon. Police allege that Black fired the paint balls at the Yukon, which then struck the Bronco and the Yukon flipped. It then hit a palm tree, killing 24-year-old Adam Rodriguez, who was a passenger.
Black was arrested on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter.

Wow, those are some powerful paintballs if they made a SUV flip.

THIS STORY IS NOT CORRECT!!!! Joshua Black DID NOT fire the paintball gun. It was the individual in the other car. Ask yourself, what would you do if someone was shooting at you??? Aaron AKA Juice was a dear friend of mine, and I miss him every day. One of the kids that were shooting the paintball gun was a law enforcements son and all the boys were taken home. NO QUESTIONING, NO BREATHALYZER, NOTHING!! I am outraged at this whole story. Everyone is pointing the finger at BLACK but many people have no room to speak considering how many times they have driven home intoxicated as well.
