Another 10-year-old Tasered by officers

We recently wrote about an Arkansas police officer who Tasered an unruly 10-year-old girl. He was fired for not turning on his dash camera before zapping the girl with her mother's permission.

Well, now there's word from the Associated Press that sheriff's deputies in Pueblo County, Colo., shot an "out of control" 10-year-old boy with a Taser before arresting him on a charge of menacing with a deadly weapon,
