Police in League City are investigating an alleged sexual assault case that's also sort of a case of mistaken identity.
A woman told police that she had sex with a man she thought was her boyfriend while she was drunk, only to later realize it wasn't him. She told police that she and her boyfriend had been drinking at an apartment with a friend. After going to sleep, the woman recalled her pants being taken off by someone who was in bed with her. They had sex.
She thought it was her boyfriend, but realized it wasn't him when the man left. Her boyfriend was asleep on the couch, the Houston Chronicle reported.

Naturally, the guy is now the one that is the criminal simply because he has the penis. The definition of rape has gotten so vague. Sounds like this is another convenient excuse for having sex with someone else. Just claim it was 'sexual assault' and you're off the hook! Too bad this happens all too often. It's a slap in the face to actual assault victims.
