A 26-year-old California man has been arrested after police say he fired into a crowd and fatally wounded a 3-year-old boy who was celebrating his birthday.
Police in Pomona say the child, and a teenage boy were hit by gunfire that was intended for two people standing nearby.
Pablo Adame is being held on $4 million bail in the driveby shooting, the Associated Press reported.
