A family funeral turned deadly Tuesday in Bevil Oaks near Houston, when two brothers got into an argument and one fatally shot the other before killing himself.
Jefferson County Sheriff Mitch Woods said alcohol was a factor in the shooting at the home of the men's sister, according to the report on Channel 5's website.
The sister was on the phone talking with a 911 operator when shots rang out, according to the report.
