In a case of irony, a former lawmaker who championed legislation fighting child pornography in New Jersey hase been sentenced to a five-year term for viewing nude images of underage girls.
The onetime legislator, Neil Cohen, 59, will serve the term either in prison or a mental hospital, the Associated Press reported.
Cohen's lawyer said his client suffers from several mental issues and is suicidal, the AP reported. He's been in the hospital for several months, the AP reported.

He's a Democrat, too. But did Lance Murray bother to find out? if it were a Repub, it would've been in the first sentence.
