Well, here's one we haven't heard before.
A man living in Germany is seeking police protection from his wife of 18 years because he says she has an insatiable appetite for sex.
Police told the newspaper Bild that the man, who slept on a couch for four years to avoid his wife, now plans to file for divorce and move out of the house.
The man, says he just wants to get enough sleep so that he can go to work in the morning well rested, Newscore reported.
"At the moment this is impossible because he says his wife keeps coming into the living room demanding that he perform his marital duties. He asked for police help in getting some sleep at night," Bild quoted the police.
