Maybe now the city of Dallas will finally get rid of one of the main reasons for their city gov't being a ridiculous joke at best, and a corrupt person who cares only for building his power base to further his own personal agenda at worst. Does it strike anyone that the FBI makes these highly publicized raids of (2) JWP offices, His assistant's home, his political consultant's office & home and no ones in handcuffs. John Wiley Price is a Dallas County Commissioner, not a city councilman.

The FBI rarely goes on fishing expeditions. They have received information from some source about Price that leads them to beleive that he has done something against feredal law! A search warrant is issued when the judge sees an affidavit that says that officials beleive that there is probable cause to beleive that a crime has been commited. That's the only way the judge will sign a warrant, so there is something going on here. If, after looking at the evidence found, the decision will be made to seek an indictment based on the facts supported by that evidence. Is Price in trouble? Yes! Will he be indicted, arrested and brought to trial? It's hard to say without knowledge of the allegations in the affidavit and/or the evidence found and collected.

I observed JWP obstruct traffic on Northwest Highway, Dallas, near the then new Northeast Dallas Police substation.
He was nothing but a public menace and jay walker then and now. The blacks and some whites who followed him were merely useful idiots. The rest of us marveled at how this Pied Piper of Race could attract any following. But he did and has.
JWP has played his cards for advancement well, perhaps too well, and now the FBI has seeing to find the fire where the smoke is risings from his records and that of his associates.

Based on your statements it appears as though you do not know nor believe the racial social injustices have occurred and continue to occur in the great state of Texas that may warrant JWP outrage-- you only need to look at the number of INNOCENT BLACK MEN that the state of Texas has imprisioned for long periods of time even when evidence proved their innocence.
