Warren Jeffs, the jailed polygamist leader, committed fraud against members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, according to a lawsuit filed in Utah by Jeffs' half brother. Jeffs, who is in jail awaiting trial in Texas on a charge of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, used his power as FLDS prophet to expel men, so wives and children could be reassigned, the lawsuit alleges. In the complaint, Wallace Jeffs said he is concerned that his daughters are at risk of being required to enter underage marriages. Warren Jeffs' trial is scheduled to begin July 25.
