A Tarrant County grand jury has declined to indict an Addison attorney who went through a security checkpoint at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport with a loaded .38-caliber revolver in her carry-on bag, according to the district attorney's office.
The grand jury's decision to nobill Judith Kenney, 65, means they did not find probable cause to take the case to court.
Kenney, of Little Elm in Denton County, said she had forgotten the gun was in her bag, according to the district attorney's office.
Kenney managed to get through security and board her American Airlines flight for Houston. The plane left the gate before security officials ordered it back, officials said at the time.
Officials searched Terminal D for more than an hour, carrying a photo of the woman taken by a security camera at the checkpoint, before finding the bag.

Sounds like she needs a guardian.

She got through security with a loaded pistol? Is that right? I would be calling some people in from TSA too. I know I have personally gotten through with a large knife before. That made me wonder.
