FORT WORTH — Approximately 5,400 customers lost power during rush hour in north Tarrant County Thursday night, an Oncor official said. Arielle Kaplan, an Oncor spokeswoman, said a damaged cable led to the 5:30 p.m. outage that included the Watauga area. By 7 p.m., that number had been reduced to 3,600. "Right now our priority is to get power restored as quickly and safely as possible," Kaplan said at 7 p.m. — Marty Sabota

So why did the power go out in Arlington last night? The area of 360 and Park Row? It went out at 11:00pm and was out till 4:00am.
