Dozens of people were arrested for an alcohol-related driving offense during Tarrant County’s “No Refusal” campaign, which ran from Wednesday through Sunday, according to the Tarrant County district attorney's office.
Of those arrests, at least 49 have already been reviewed by the Tarrant County Criminal district attorney’s office and the suspect has been charged with driving while intoxicated. All persons charged with criminal conduct are presumed innocent until their guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

How much did this cost the tax payers? How much grant money and local money was spent, also what will be the final cost after all the trials? Can anybody put a number on each arrest?

Apparently in Tarrant County, it is Guilty until proven Innocent.
Nice of Tarrant County and the Star-Telegram to put a "Scarlet Letter" on these people before they have even had the benefit of a trial.
