Suspect arrested in murder of Rockwall teen, NBCDFW reports

NBCDFW reports that Rockwall police have made an arrest in the murder of a 15-year-old girl.

Surie Baeza was found dead in her home with stab wounds.

Police said Wednesday that she was last seen alive early Tuesday morning when her mother allowed her to stay home from school because she didn't feel well.

The NBC report identifies the suspect as Juan Enrique Torres, 41, of Belize -- the mother's ex-boyfriend.
