Rebecca Van Hooser alleges that when Pantego Police Officer Eric Alvarez arrested her in October 2011, he pinned her right arm behind her so hard that her right breast implant ruptured.
That's according to a lawsuit filed last week.
Van Hooser said she subsequently had a complete mastectomy of her right breast.
When she screamed and told Alvarez that she was in pain, he allegedly said, "You're not supposed to be comfortable," according to her lawsuit.
Pantego Police Chief Thomas Griffith declined to comment, but City Manager Sean Fox said the city is looking into her allegations against the officer.
There have been no previous complaints against Alvarez, according to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education.
Uh...it goes with the territory if you're arrested. Too bad so sad. Don't do anything to get arrested.
