Two teenagers who were found dead Jan. 5 in a Grapevine home died from a lethal cocktail of heroin, codeine, alprazolam and diphenhydramine, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner ruled.
The deaths of Chase Nunez, 18, and Kyle McNutt, 17, were ruled accidental.
Alprazolam, used to treat anxiety disorders is also known as Xanax. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, is found in Benadryl.
Cullen Marino, 22, faces two charges of criminally negligent homicide. Police have said additional charges could be added.
