Christopher W. Harris, 37, and another man argued while washing a car Jan. 1, 2012, prosecutors said.
A fight ensued and Harris grabbed Walter Mood in a bearhug and bit off the right nostril, the tip of the nose and part of the left nostril, according to reports.
Harris now has three convictions linked to cannibalistic behavior, court records show.
