Tina Marie Alberson was convicted last week of reckless injury to a child, a second-degree felony, in the July 2011 death of Jonathan James.
The boy's mother, Krista Bishop, told reporters, "We got what we needed."

This death of a child was reckless on the womens Part but the 85 year sentence was cruel and unusual!!! Dave :-)

85 years is not enough she deserves to die like the little boy did.
