UPDATE: One man dead from shooting at party; his death is first Fort Worth homicide of 2013

Earlier we reported three men were wounded at an east-side New Year's Day party, but one of them has died.

Malcolm Xavier Jennings, 21, was pronounced dead at John Peter Smith Hospital at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday, several hours after the shooting.

It was the city's first homicide of 2013.
