BEDFORD _ Police appealed for help Monday to identify an armed bandit accused of robbing a convenience store on Brown Trail.
Authorities released a photograph of the suspect which was taken from a surveillance camera at 7-Eleven in the 2900 block of Brown Trail in hopes that someone would recognize him.
The man who brandished a handgun walked into the store shortly after 4 a.m. Monday and demanded money.
A clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the bandit who exited the store without firing a shot.
The robber was described as a white man, about 6-feet, about 180 pounds with dark hair and wearing eyeglasses. He was wearing a gray knit cap, black v-neck-shirt with gray horizontal stripes, gray hooded jacket and blue jeans.
Anyone with information about the holdup should call police at 817-952-2127.
