Human remains found this week in Wise County are believed to be a man murdered last summer and police have arrested a 37-year-old Fort Worth man on suspicion of the crime.
Javier Hernandez is being held in Tarrant County Jail with a $250,000 bond for the murder charge.
The medical examiner on Saturday had not released the victim’s name or manner of death. Tarrant County Court records indicate the offense date occurred June 25.
On August 2, a woman came into the police department stating there were rumors on the street that her son had been murdered.
Officer Daniel Segura, a Fort Worth police spokesman, said a detective met with the woman and several other people but could not find any foul play at the time.
Segura said on Jan. 18, the detective obtained information that the man had been shot in the 2300 block of Irion Avenue and his body was buried off County Road 4698 in Wise County. A search warrant was later obtained for the property in Wise County.
On Thursday Fort Worth police with assistance of the Tarrant County Medical Examiners Anthropology team, Wise County Sherriff’s Office and Justice of the Peace Mandy Hayes, retrieved a buried body at the location.
Segura said facts of the case led to a probable cause arrest warrant for Hernandez and on Thursday he was arrested on the North side of Fort Worth.
Hernandez’s initial court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 19 in 213th District Court in Tarrant County.

no matter what a person does, they should be KILLED, no one should take matters into their own hands, but that person will also have to answer to the person up above all.

Yes is very true-Javier is gonna have to answer to da man upstairs...So no matter what people say or think; the fact of the matter is that they are no one to judge.!!.!!. Was it wrong;of course. But there's always two sides to every story. Sad but true when I say one side we will never kno.
