I am sick and tired of hearing about these awful tragedies. These could be so easily avoided if people wold learn to be more responsible. I hope Texas, along with every other state, starts to really crack down on these stupid crimes. These people commit murder and yet only several years are served. What about the victims and their families who will never be the same after accidents like this?
