Washington Navy Yard gunman Aaron Alexis left a note saying he was driven to kill by months of bombardment with "extremely low-frequency" radio waves, the FBI said Wednesday.
The FBI disclosure also explained the phrase he etched on his shotgun: "My ELF Weapon!"
We've been wondering about that since last week when Alexis, a former Fort Worth resident, killed a dozen people at the Navy Yard.
Authorities also released secuirty photos of the gunman, seeking out his victims.
