Trial is to open this week of an Abilene woman who says her military husband's deployment overseas left her too stressed to care for their three children, including a 22-month-old daughter who died.
Police say the man is claiming he hallucinated and heard a voice during at least one incident in which he allegedly injured his infant son.
A man has been charged with murder after being accused by authorities of running over a group of people outside a dance hall in the city of Spring, north of Houston.
