A small boy, who was being pushed in a stroller by his father, died Thursday morning in a chain-reaction wreck at the intersection of California Lane and Cooper Street in Arlington, police said.
The child was fatally injured when a white Chrysler car hit a red pickup truck, which careened into the stroller, witnesses said.
Dr. Jerrod Edwards was inside his office at 2810 S. Cooper St., when he said he “heard one long, big bang.”
“I hopped up and ran out toward the street and there was a lady driving the white Chrysler and the dad carrying his baby over to her, yelling, ‘Look what you’ve done!’” Edwards said.
