The FBI really wants Top Ten Fugitive James "Whitey" Bulger and it has raised its reward to $2 million. Bulger is wanted in connection with numerous murders in the 1970s and 1980s.
The agency has released what it called "new age-enhanced photos" of Bulger to help catch him. Bulger headed an organized drug and extortion ring in the Boston area, the FBI reports.
