And his cocaine use increased, his former fiancee said. In August 2012, Woodard was arrested with a gram of cocaine. His lawyers decided not to bail him out. And then in October, Woodard died in jail of a seizure.
Now questions are being raised about the roles of the lawyers who helped free Woodard from prison, but not from jail.
