Pacheco is suspected of firing the rounds that wounded three men and fatally injured Sylvia Salazar, 56, at the North Side Outlaws bar, 115 N.W. 25th St.
Salazar, a grandmother, (shown here) was not involved in an altercation among the men, police said in earlier reports. She was struck by a stray bullet, police said.
But Pacheco had just been in jail a day before the shooting in the bar. And, on Feb. 7, he was placed on community supervision for a 2012 meth case out of Lake Worth.
