The former Fort Worth resident also carved the phrase, “Better off this way,” according to the Post, which was quoting officials, "who spoke on condition of anonymity."
Alexis, who reportedly battled mental health issues in recent weeks, told police in Rhode Island in August that people sent to follow him were using “some sort of microwave machine” to send vibrations into his body to disrupt his sleep. He said he could hear their voices in his head.
According to the Post, "The Navy has used extremely low frequencies in several capacities, including a joint effort with the Air Force on the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). HAARP is often cited by conspiracy theorists."
Nutpisit Suthamtewakul, who was Alexis' roommate for about three years in Fort Worth, told us on Tuesday that his friend never talked about microwave disruptions or hearing strange voices.
"I can't say anything about that," Suthamtewakul said. "It's been two months since he moved out. I don't know what's going on with him.
